Holy Family Parish School Parkes

We would like to acknowledge that we live and work on the traditional lands of the Aboriginal people and their many custodians. We pay our respects to both present and past elders and the continuing custodians of these land. May we listen with great care to the heartbeat of Aboriginal lands and to its people who have cared for it so well and for so long.

“I chose Holy Family Parish School because I wanted my child to be nurtured and valued for her intrinsic worth. I love that the school really is a Holy Family where nurturing connections with teachers, peers, older children and parents give my child a sense of importance and belonging” (Janie Cook – Parent).

Holy Family School is one of five primary schools in the town of Parkes.

Holy Family School has a student population of 230 and a teaching staff of twenty with seven support staff.  The principal is assisted in management by the parish priest, dedicated executive staff and an active School Committee.  The successful P&F assists with financial support and the Student Representative Council offer valuable advice.
